1. Digital Products-

Since Adhyatmik Yatra provides digital products (PDF e-books) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been generated or accessed.

2. Technical Issues-

If you face any issues such as a successful payment but no download link received, please don't worry. Contact us at adhyatmikyatra@zohomail.in with your payment screenshot, and we will manually send you the copy within 24 hours.

3. Payment Failures-

In case of a failed transaction where the money was deducted from your account but the order was not confirmed, the refund is automatically processed by your bank or the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days.

4. Cancellation-
